Terms of use
What this service is, and what it can't promise.
Effective October 27, 2026. Browsing this website or phoning the number on it means you accept what follows.
The service
Ocala Tree Removal is a referral service. It takes requests for tree work in and around Ocala and passes them to independent tree contractors. We don't cut, prune, grind, clear or haul anything ourselves, we don't employ the contractors, and any deal you strike is strictly between you and them. Pages that talk about tree work describe the kind of jobs contractors around Marion County take on.
No guarantees
We can't vouch for whether a contractor is free, what they charge, how quickly they show up, how well they work, or what license, insurance or warranty they hold. Before work starts, ask for a certificate of insurance, verify any license that applies, and get the price and scope on paper.
Information on these pages
Dollar figures are ranges quoted from the published sources named on each page; they aren't bids. Notes on city, county and state rules are general background, not legal counsel or an arborist's opinion, and may trail behind recent changes.
Liability
To the fullest extent Florida law permits, we carry no liability for loss or damage connected with this website, a referral, or anything a contractor does.
Which law applies
Florida's.
